Danny’s Hip Hop Bucks County Bar Mitzvah

Party animal… A word that many use, yet so few can truly embody. I knew that Danny’s Bar Mitzvah party at the Spring Mill Manor in Bucks County, Pennsylvania was going to be a wild one from the first moment I saw Danny’s family had booked with Cutting Edge Entertainment for yet another party. (I was a dancer on Danny’s older sister’s mitzvah.) Being that Danny was a competitive dancer, I knew that the crowd would be on their feet throughout the day, and that this Bar Mitzvah would be loads of fun.

I did not, however, even begin to understand the extent of Danny’s “party animal” until the day of the Bar Mitzvah. After the candle lighting, hora and other formalities concluded, Danny was on the dance floor the rest of the afternoon (literally, not figuratively), leading his friends & family in dance after dance, all while showing off his awesome moves (again, literally). The crowd at Danny’s Bar Mitzvah danced so much, that it was hard for us to get them seated at any point in time!

We did take a short break from the party in order to treat the audience to a dance performance by Danny, followed by a surprise vocal performance from his older sister, Jessie. The crowd was blown away by the talented sibling duo, and then jumped right back out on the dance floor. We even had a dance off between the adults and kids to the Sugarhill Gang’s classic “Apache.” I think the adults won (my team of course), but Danny would likely claim otherwise.

By the end of the party, Danny had left his jacket, vest and tie behind, in order to keep himself cool on the dance floor. Even after spending the afternoon popping, locking and break dancing all over the dance floor and the glow stages… he could probably have kept going for hour!! Whenever you’re ready Danny, I will be honored to pass the torch of Cutting Edge Entertainment MC on to you… you party animal!

Cutting Edge Entertainment just did our son’s Bar Mitzvah celebration on Sunday. Tony Azzaro was our MC. Not only were Tony and his crew outstanding in running our son’s party, keeping both the children as well as the adults on their feet dancing and having fun the entire time, Tony’s orchestration of the day’s events was incredible. He was a calming factor in my very hectic day making sure that I (a control freak by nature) could let go and just enjoy my party. I continue to get calls about my DJ’s from my guests saying how great they were. In addition, the owner, Craig Sumsky, knew just how to speak to me before the party to “calm me down” making sure that I did not miss a beat in my planning. Tony was also great at communicating with my photographer, videographer as well and the staff at my party venue to ensure all went well. I have used them before and they will continue to be my “go to” for all of my future party needs. A heartfelt thank you to Craig, Tony and staff for another wonderful experience working with you.
